The Purchase module is very useful to plan your orders as you can assign a minimum stock quantity for each item. This module provides you with your purchase history and the best prices obtained from past supplier orders.
The Required column is meant to be the minimum amount of product you should have in stock for each item. These quantities are suggested by Head Office which are pushed by the Master Alice POS unless it’s a product only available in your catalog.
The Alice POS software is designed to calculate a Required quantity based on the quantity currently in stock, on order and minimum quantity desired.
